This policy applies to the following:
- Holistic Services: All services—including but not limited to consultations, workshops, treatments (such as Reiki, sound baths, herbal consultations), wellness packages, and vendor or event-based services—are non-refundable, whether provided in person, online, or at events.
- Deposits & Appointments: Deposits for services, packages, workshops, or events are non-refundable
No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Rescheduling is subject to our cancellation policy as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Appointment Cancellations:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations.
- Late Cancellations:
Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment made for the appointment. No refunds will be issued.
- No-Shows:
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows result in forfeiture of the full deposit or session fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
- Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the practitioner’s discretion. Late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and fees will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling:
One (1) courtesy reschedule may be permitted for appointments canceled with proper notice, subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit or full prepayment.
- Workshops, Events & Vendor Services:
Due to limited capacity and advance preparation, workshops, classes, vendor services, and event-based bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
- Emergency Exceptions:
Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of documented emergencies. Approval of an exception does not waive this policy for future appointments.
- Custom Formulations & Personalized Products: All customized or personalized products, including herbal blends, crystal kits, and individualized wellness packages, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Digital Products & Workshops: All digital products—including downloadable materials, recordings, online courses, and virtual workshops—are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
- Gift Cards & Subscriptions: Gift cards and subscription services are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be transferred or applied toward future services or products in accordance with their terms.
Questions or Concerns
Cancellation and no-show policies apply to all services regardless of location, including in-office, mobile trailer, vendor events, workshops, and virtual sessions.
