At Javah’s Holistic Health, we take great care in preparing and shipping your wellness products to ensure a smooth experience from our hands to yours. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Methods

At this time, Javah’s Holistic Health ships exclusively within the United States.
We truly appreciate our international supporters and hope to expand shipping options in the future.

📦 Note: We currently do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing from the day your order is placed.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Javah’s Holistic Health is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.
Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with USPS once the item has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items & Refunds

If an item is out of stock, it will be immediately refunded, and you will be notified via email.
If you receive a partial shipment, the missing item will be refunded at the time of shipment.
Please allow 3–10 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
