Javah’s Holistic Health is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible experience for all individuals. We strive to ensure that our services, digital content, and in-person offerings are accessible to people of all abilities and are continuously working to improve accessibility in accordance with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Javah’s Holistic Health

Javah’s Holistic Health operates mobile wellness services through a trailer-based setup and participates in vendor events, pop-ups, and retreats at various locations. Due to the structural design of the mobile trailer, the trailer is not wheelchair accessible.

However, Javah’s Holistic Health is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate individuals with disabilities when possible.

When feasible, accommodations may include, but are not limited to:

• Offering consultations, education, or select services outside of the trailer

• Providing services in an alternative format (verbal explanation, printed materials, digital resources)

• Scheduling services at accessible partner locations when available

• Adjusting service delivery methods when doing so does not compromise safety or service integrity

Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance of any accessibility needs so that reasonable arrangements may be considered.

Some services require specific equipment, positioning, or environmental conditions and may not be safely or effectively provided outside the mobile trailer. Javah’s Holistic Health reserves the right to determine reasonable accommodations that do not fundamentally alter the nature of services, pose safety risks, or create undue hardship.

Accessibility at vendor events, markets, or retreat locations is subject to the facilities and accommodations provided by the hosting venue. Javah’s Holistic Health is not responsible for the accessibility features of third-party locations but will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility within our control.
