1. Services and Products

Javah’s Holistic Health offers a variety of services, including but not limited to holistic health consultations, energy healing (e.g., Reiki), herbalism, sound baths, and wellness packages. We also provide physical and digital products, such as herbal teas, crystal kits, and wellness resources.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments for services and products are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
   
• We accept cash, credit card, Google Pay, and PayPal, and payment is processed securely through our payment system.
   
• For subscription-based services, payments will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide at the frequency specified in the subscription agreement.
   

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• To schedule an appointment or workshop, you must provide accurate and current information during booking.
   
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance. If you fail to provide adequate notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit.
   
• No-shows for scheduled services will result in a loss of your deposit fee.
   

4. No Return or Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final. Javah’s Holistic Health does not accept returns or issue refunds.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Services rendered or scheduled
   
• Deposits for appointments, packages, or events
   
• Personalized or custom products (including custom herbal blends and crystal kits)
   
• Digital products or downloadable materials
   
• Vendor, pop-up, workshop, or event-based services

Please review all services and products carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Product Usage

• Javah’s Holistic Health is not responsible for any adverse reactions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from the use of our products or services.

By participating in services or using products provided by Javah’s Holistic Health, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Holistic services are complementary and non-medical

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, text, product descriptions, educational materials, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Javah’s Holistic Health and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Javah’s Holistic Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

11. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan, United States.
