Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and advance preparation of ingredients and materials, refunds are handled as follows:

• Full refund is available if cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop date.
• No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
• Registration may be transferred to another individual with advance notice.
• If the workshop is canceled by Javah’s Holistic Health, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

• In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, facility issues, or other emergencies beyond our control, the workshop may be rescheduled.
• If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
• Javah’s Holistic Health is not responsible for travel, lodging, or related expenses incurred by participants.

• Workshops are provided for educational purposes only and are not intended to certify participants in food production, food sales, or commercial canning.
• Instruction follows generally accepted food safety principles and best practices for home food preservation.
• Participants are responsible for following local, state, and federal regulations, including MDARD guidelines, if applying these practices beyond personal home use.
• No medical, legal, or regulatory guarantees are expressed or implied.
